Admissions Information and Policy

• Saint Francis Xavier Middle School has open enrollment.  You may fill out an application at any time throughout the year, pending space availability.
• Preference is first given to students with siblings in the school.  After siblings, acceptance will be first-come, first-served.
• Required application documents: Online Application & Enrollment Forms, Birth Certificate, Current Physical with Immunizations, and most recent progress report/report card.
• Saint Francis Xavier Middle School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Saint Francis Xavier Middle School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
• The admission process consists of: a preliminary interview with the student(s), parent(s) or guardian and the principal, a day visit to the school by the student, and a review of all educational records. Acceptance is conditional upon the receipt of all educational records, health records, and nonrefundable deposits and fees. A final decision will then be made regarding the needs of the student and the ability of Saint Francis Xavier Middle School to meet these needs. Saint Francis Xavier Middle School reserves the right to recommend alternate school settings when students would be better served in another environment.

•    A non-refundable application fee of $50/student is required at the time of application.
•    A non-refundable enrollment fee of $100/student is required at the time of enrollment.

How to Apply

All families must apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted with each application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

New Student Application Process Outline

1. Complete the online Application ($50 non-refundable Application fee).  You will be prompted to upload required documents.  If you were unable to upload your child’s latest academic records, birth certificate, and medical records, then please email them to Admissions.
2. Once accepted, an email will be sent with instructions on how to start/complete the online Enrollment form.  You will be prompted to upload required documents.  There is a $100/child non-refundable enrollment fee.  Upon submission of this form, your child(s) seat will be confirmed.
3. Create a FACTS Tuition Payment Plan account.  In April/May, all families will be sent instructions on setting up a tuition payment plan.  Our monthly payment plans are 10 months and begin in July and end in April.  
4. Please contact the office to arrange a date for the student to visit the school.  
5. Acceptance is conditional based upon completing our online Application and Enrollment forms and fees, receiving all updated academic and medical records, and creating a FACTS Tuition payment plan.
